Scheduled Columbia Mall auction in Grand Forks leaves many employees wanting more details

(Grand Forks, ND) -- Employees at the Columbia Mall in Grand Forks say they've heard little about the mall's upcoming auction.

A portion of the building will be auctioned off on January 23rd, which comes after First International Bank and Trust filed a foreclosure case against Columbia Grand Forks LLC in September. Multiple workers say they have minimal knowledge about what's going on, but want to see some kind of positive change come to the mall.

The mall has seen a trend of losing stores over the past few years.
