(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Ethics Commission is looking for your feedback on possible changes to the complaints process related to potential ethics violations by public officials.

The change would make it so any non-North Dakotan licensed by a state agency or who is subject to a "quasi-judicial proceeding" could file complaints. Currently only North Dakota residents could file those complaints. It would also notify the complainant if their claim is dismissed.

The feedback session is taking place in the Capitol Judicial Wing on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m., with a supplementary live stream for those who cant attend in person.
