(Jamestown, ND) -- The Anne Carlsen Center in Jamestown is being sued by a family of an autistic girl.
InForum says the lawsuit claims the girl was physically and sexually assaulted by an employee of the non-profit in November 2019.
Michael Hunt-Walters is accused of the abuse.
The lawsuit alleges Anne Carlsen failed to properly supervise Hunt-Walters and was negligent in providing service to the girl after she was allegedly assaulted.
