(St. Paul, MN) -- A Colorado woman who is on the presidential primary ballot in Minnesota says she never gave her consent to be a candidate.

Krystal Gabel is a cannabis rights activist whose name was submitted as a presidential candidate by Minnesota's Legal Marijuana Now Party. She says she was never approached by the party before it submitted her name for the March 5th primary.

It's too late to keep her name off the ballot, so she's asking anyone who might consider voting for her to just ignore it.
