(Traill Co., ND) -- A man has been arrested for a crash into a sheriff's patrol car that was stopped at another crash site in Traill County.
The crash happened Sunday on southbound I-29 near Buxton when a Bemidji, Minnesota man hit an unoccupied sheriff's vehicle as the deputy was directing traffic at the scene of a rollover crash.
Body Cota suffered minor injuries and was arrested for DUI.
The deputy was uninjured.
