(Forman, ND) -- An investigation continues into an attack on a boy who was lit on fire in southeast Sargent County.
A 19-year-old suspect is accused of using a torch after another teen boy sprayed a flammable liquid on the victim.
The attack happened last Sunday in Forman.
Lance Tyler faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Charges are also pending against the 15-year-old.
The victim suffered second and third degree burns to his face, neck and ear.
