(Hazelton, ND) -- One man died in a two-vehicle crash north of Hazelton Monday morning.
Police say a 23-year-old man was driving a semi-truck northbound on US-83 when he collided with a pickup driven by a 71-year-old man. Police say the semi struck the pickup as it attempted to cross the highway on 64th Street Southeast. Both vehicles came to rest interlocked in a ditch.
The 71-year-old died of his injuries, while the 23-year-old was uninjured and is not facing charges at this time.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
