(Bismarck, ND) -- A third-grade teacher at Bismarck's Lincoln Elementary School is accused of sex crimes against children.
John Vetter was arrested and booked into the Burleigh County Jail Tuesday morning on charges of possession of child pornography, and promoting a sexual performance by a minor.
Formal charges against Vetter haven't been filed yet.
