(Red Lake, MN) -- A Red Lake woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly abducting a three-year-old boy in Todd County.

Jennifer Stately was charged yesterday with assault, child torture, child neglect and malicious punishment. Stately was arrested Friday after an Amber Alert was issued for the child. Doctors found multiple open sores and lesions on the child's body and said the child was anemic and needed potassium. They also reported that the child's teeth were rotten and he had trouble eating a cheese stick.

Stately is being held at the Todd County Detention Center and could face up to 25 years in prison.
