(Bismack, ND) — A Minnesota man accused of luring a 13-year-old girl online and raping her in Bismarck has pleaded guilty.
Police say 19-year-old Shawn Pozanc contacted the girl, told her he was 15, and traveled to Bismarck to meet her. He allegedly raped her after the two met up at a local park.
Pozanc will be sentenced at a later date.
