(Grand Forks, ND) -- A Grand Forks man has turned himself in to police after allegedly telling dispatchers he was having sexual thoughts about juveniles.
Court documents reveal Sebastain Hipsak called public safety and allegedly said he tried to lure a 12-year-old boy to have sex with him and a minor female.
Hipsak was taken for an evaluation to a local hospital.
A search of his phone uncovered messages to the boy pressuring him to have sex and pictures of Hispak engaging in sex acts with a teenage girl.
