(Bismarck, ND) -- There are new guidelines in place for the upcoming fishing season.
The Game and Fish Department has posted the 2024-2026 North Dakota Fishing Guide online.
Regulations are in effect from April 1st of this year until March 31st, 2026.
Some changes include a channel catfish limit west of North Dakota Highway 1 and the use of bows for northern pike and non-game fish while darkhouse spearfishing.
