Police standoff ends in Chanhassen after shots fired in chase

(Chanhassen, MN) -- In Chanhassen, Minnesota, police fired shots at a woman during a Tuesday night car chase and standoff.

It started when police ran the car's license plate, revealing the driver had an arrest warrant for assault. The chase ended with a rollover in Chanhassen, and the woman was arrested after a four-hour standoff.

She's held in Carver County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, assaulting a police officer, and fleeing.
