Detroit man sentenced following drug bust in Bismarck

 

(Bismarck, ND) -- A Detroit man who sold fentanyl in Bismarck has been sentenced to three years in prison.

The Metro Area Narcotics Task Force received a tip last year that Reginald Davis was selling the drug. He was arrested and charged after being found in possession of a bag of fentanyl pills.

As part of a deal with prosecutors, he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
