(Fargo, ND) -- Gas Prices in the Red River Valley are slightly up compared to a week ago, at $3.34 on average.
The increase is according to AAA, who monitors gas prices across the nation. Prices are about a 1/2 cent cheaper in North Dakota compared to Minnesota. Over the week, statewide gas prices in Minnesota rose to match North Dakota's by $0.09 cents.
For comparison, the national average for a gallon of gas is $3.63, compared to $3.59 a week ago.
