Parent of Mayville student gives school a threat heads-up

(Mayville, ND)  --  The May-Port School District says police will be keeping an eye on the May-Port CG School following a threat allegedly made towards the district.  

A parent told the district that their child heard the threat about an older student "shooting up" the school.  

Authorities are present at the school today as a precaution.  

School administrators are working with the Traill County Sheriff's Office on the investigation.
