Vehicle rollover leads to charges of two Napoleon residents

(Hannaford, ND) -- Two Napoleon residents are in custody after a vehicle rollover this morning.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says they responded to Highway 1 near Hannaford, learning the vehicle left the roadway and overturned. The driver, Jesse Pierce (44m), and the passenger, Tasha Courtade (54f), were taken to Cooperstown for their minor injuries.

Pierce was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Courtade was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

The crash remains under investigation.
