(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota's Move Over Law has expanded to include any vehicle displaying flashing hazard lights.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the update in the law to include all vehicles not just emergency vehicles made sense.

Drivers on the interstate or any multi-lane highway outside city limits are now required to move over when they see flashing lights from any stopped emergency vehicle or flashing hazard lights from a stopped truck or passenger vehicle.
