Trump, Biden nearly deadlocked heading into final weeks before Minnesota's primary election

(St. Paul, Minn.) – A survey of 625 likely voters shows President Joe Biden and former President Donald J. Trump in a near deadlock as the final weeks before the June primary election looms in Minnesota.

SurveyUSA’s poll of likely voters shows Biden leading Trump by two percentage points. Just one week ago, a survey of 600 likely voters, commissioned by McLaughlin and Associates, gave Trump a one percentage point advantage over Biden. A second poll during the same period had Trump and Biden at a 40-40 deadlock.

In 2020, Biden defeated Trump in Minnesota by just under seven percentage points.
