(Minot, ND) -- An arrest warrant has been issued for an 18-year-old man who faces charges in a wrong-way crash that seriously injured a Minot-area high school senior in January.
James Feeley pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of criminal vehicular injury and two drug-related offenses, and the warrant was issued because he's allegedly failed to show up for random drug testing, and reportedly tampered with a camera used as part of his agreed-to sobriety program.
Investigators say Feeley admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana before the crash, and his attorney says he intends to turn himself in today.
