Moorhead, M.N. – A teenager is now in custody in connection to a case of shots that were fired Monday in Moorhead.
Police initially got the call just after midnight on May 5th for shots fired along 18 1/2 Street South in the Romkey Park neighborhood.
Authorities arrested the 16-year old suspect after detectives gathered information at the scene about a possible suspect.
A subsequent search warrant was also conducted at a home, although police did not share what might have been recovered.
So far, no weapon has been recovered and no one was hit by the bullets that were fired that morning.
Police say the boy is currently being held at the West Central Juvenile Center, as the case is being looked over by the Clay County Attorney’s Office.
