Vance lands in Minneapolis blaming the ‘far left’ for turmoil over White House deportation efforts

MINNEAPOLIS – Vice President JD Vance meets with business leaders, ICE agents and local law enforcement in Minneapolis.

He says he wants the temperature surrounding immigration enforcement operation to be toned down adding what he calls from far left activists harassing and doxxing agents.

The Vice President wants to see more cooperation from Governor Tim Walz and Mayor Jacob Frey.

“What I do need them to do is empower their local officials to help our federal officials out in a way where this can be a little less chaotic and can be a little more targeted,” Vance said.

“JD Vance isn’t serious about accountability,” DFL Party Chair Richard Carlbom said. “He’s here to do Trump’s dirty work: defending disgusting ICE actions like the tragic killing of Renee Good and using Minnesota as a political backdrop.”
