WEST FARGO, N.D. – West Fargo Police has asked for your help in finding a 15-year-old boy.
Authorities say Emmanuel Y left his home on December 3 and was last seen on the 600 block of 2nd Avenue West.
He’s 5’6″ tall and weighs 13o pounds.
