(Moorhead, MN) -- The Greater Moorhead Days Parade takes place Friday evening, and that means some detours on your way home from work.
Center Avenue will be closed between 11 St S and 4 St S. Drivers will note a significant amount of pedestrian traffic starting at 5:15 pm and the road will close at approximately 5:45 pm until approximately 7:30 pm.
Center Avenue from 11th St S to 14th St S will be closed at 4:30 pm for the parade lineup and will re-open when the parade fully passes through.
Suggested alternative routes include East and westbound traffic is advised to use Main Ave or 1st Ave N. Any north and southbound traffic is advised to use 21st St S.
