(Fargo, ND) -- We now know the name of the man who was struck and killed by a train near Downtown Fargo early Sunday morning.
Fargo Police Officers were originally notified that a BNSF train had struck a person on the train tracks in the 1400 block of Main Ave on Sunday, October 31st, at 5:02 a.m. Officers arrived and located a deceased male. The victim has been identified as 40-year-old Chadrick Linn Toehay, who had no permanent address.
The incident does remain under investigation by the Fargo Police Department.
