(San Jacinto County, TX) -- The suspect accused of killing five people in Texas is being held on a five-million-dollar bond.

San Jacinto District Attorney Todd Dillon says the apprehension of Francisco Oropesa last night involved several law enforcement agencies and the investigation is far from complete. Dillon confirmed Oropesa's wife is also under arrest for allegedly helping him elude capture.

Oropesa is set to appear before a judge today for a preliminary hearing.
