Anthony Edwards named Western Conference Player of the Week

Minnesota Timberwolves young superstar Anthony Edwards has been named Western Conference Player of the Week.

Edwards has led the Wolves to six straight wins while averaging 31.3 PPG, 6.3 rebounds, and nearly seven assists. The Timberwolves currently sit in 3rd place in the Western Conference standings and are only half a game back from the top spot in the West behind Denver and Dallas.

Minnesota plays its second In-Season tournament game tomorrow against the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco.
