The region has lost a radio talk show icon. Ed Schultz has passed away at age 64. Memories and condolences have begun pouring in.
Congressman Kevin Cramer issued a statement calling Schultz ‘one of the most talented and passionate broadcast personalities I’ve ever known.’ AM 1100 The Flag’s Scott Hennen, who hosts the ‘Whats On Your Mind’ radio show, says he knew Schultz as both a conservative and liberal talk show host. Hennen says ‘The one thing that was consistent was his obvious talent to perform.’
Details surrounding Schultz’s death were not immediately known.
