Wes Peck, Principal Geologist, Energy & Environmental Research Center in Grand Forks , Wes is instrumental in the CarbonSAFE program which is looking at storing CO2 from lignite-based power plants underground. He gives an update on the program and the drilling activities to determine the storage capabilities in both Mercer and Oliver Counties.
