In the second hour, Scott is joined by:

• Ron Ness, North Dakota Petroleum Council President, who previews what is to come from the petroleum industry heading into 2020; 
• North Dakota Public Service Commissioner Brian Kroshus takes a forward look into 2020 and what we’re likely to see regarding continued infrastructure development. That would include a pending, CO2 pipeline for EOR in SW North Dakota by Denbury. He says that project is exciting in the fact that it pairs nicely with ND’s coal and oil industries. And,it would reduce emissions at the same time.
