Nuggets knock off Wolves to take 3-0 series lead

Nikola Jokic posted another triple-double to lead the Nuggets past the Timberwolves 120-111 in Game Three of their first round series in Minnesota.

Anthony Edwards poured in a game-high 36 points for the Wolves, who will host Game Four on Sunday. Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 27 points in the setback.

Jokic ended with 20 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds for his seventh career playoff triple-double. Michael Porter Jr. posted 25 points and Jamal Murray added 18 for Denver, which takes a commanding 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven set.

Game 4 of the series will be at the Target Center on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. Game coverage will be avaialble on Bally Sports North and TNT.
