The 2023 Moorhead Spuds varsity football schedule has officially been released. The season will begin at home on Thursday, August 31 against Spring Lake Park. The regular season will wrap up on Wednesday, October 18 at Sauk Rapids-Rice.

8/31 vs Spring Lake Park
9/8 at Rogers
9/15 at Bemidji
9/22 vs Brainerd
9/29 vs St. Cloud Tech
10/6 at Sartell
10/13 vs Alexandria
10/18 at Sauk Rapids-Rice
The Spuds finished the 2022 season with an overall record of 5-6. Moorhead ran the table in section play to return to the Minnesota Class AAAA State Tournament. The Spuds fell to Elk River 44-20 in the State Quarterfinals.
