(Columbus, OH) -- The Minnesota United are moving on in the Leagues Cup.
The Loons beat the Columbus Crew in penalty kicks in the Round of 32 from Lower.com Field on Friday. Bongokuhle Hlongwane scored two goals, and Hassani Dotson tied the match 3-3 the 90th minute to keep Minnesota's hopes alive. The United won the shootout 4-3.
Minnesota hosts Toluca in the Round of 16 tomorrow night.
