As NFL teams finalized their initial 53 man rosters a trio of former Bison have made the opening day rosters as NFL Rookies.
- Cody Mauch - 2nd Round draft choice (48th Overall Pick) of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is currently listed as the starting right guard for the Buccaneers.
- Hunter Luepke - Undrafted Free Agent signed with the Dallas Cowboys and is listed as the only fullback on the Cowboys roster.
- Nash Jensen - Undrafted Free Agent signed with the Carolina Panthers and is listed as the backup left guard for the Panthers.
