Gophers walk-off Nebraska on a 47-yard field goal

(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Minnesota Gophers scored ten points in the final quarter of their 13-10 comeback win over Nebraska at Huntington Bank Stadium.

The Gophers trailed by a touchdown with under three minutes left in regulation, but Athan Kaliakmanis threw a score to Daniel Jackson to tie the game. Tyler Nubin nabbed his second interception of the game on Nebraska's ensuing drive, and Dragan Kesich kicked a 47-yard field goal as time expired to give Minnesota the victory. Kaliakmanis had 196 passing yards, a touchdown, and an interception through the air.

The 1-0 Gophers host Eastern Michigan on September 9th.
