Lopez, Correa lead Twins past Astros in Game 2

(Houston, TX) -- The American League Divisional Series is tied at a game apiece after the Minnesota Twins beat the Houston Astros 6-2 at Minute Maid Park.

Pablo Lopez dominated Houston hitters, picking up his second win of the postseason after striking out seven and allowing just six hits over seven scoreless innings. Carlos Correa paced Minnesota at the plate, going three-for-four with three RBI against his old squad. Kyle Farmer also homered in the win. Yordan Alvarez went yard in the eighth for Houston, but Framber Valdez was charged with the loss after surrendering five runs on seven hits in 4 1/3 innings.

The best-of-five series shifts to Minnesota for Game Three on Tuesday.
