Logan Kopp named MVFC defensive player of the week

(Fargo,ND) -- North Dakota State linebacker Logan Kopp was named MVFC defensive player of the week.

NDSU was back to their winning ways on Saturday as the now seventh-ranked Bison went to Plaster Field in Springfield, Missouri, and rolled Missouri State 38-10.

Linebacker Logan Kopp was named conference defensive player of the week after a performance that included nine tackles, a forced fumble, and recovery, two pass breakups, as well as being all over the field in a dominant defensive effort. 

#7 North Dakota State heads up I-94 this weekend to take on the 15th-ranked Fighting Hawks of North Dakota in the 116th installment of one of the fiercest rivalries in the FCS.
