Force Win Streak Ends, Point Streak Continues

The Fargo Force winning streak came to and end this past weekend, but the point streak continues and the Force start a new streak. On Friday the Force lost for the first time all season, falling 4-3 in overtime to the Dubuque Fighting Saints. Fargo had 3 different goal scorers in the loss. Fargo had two of the Game’s 3 Stars in 2nd StarZam Plante and 3rd Star Harper Bentz.

Saturday night the Force visited the Sioux Falls Stampede and won 5-2. Fargo scored 3 unanswered 3rd period goals, 2 of which were scored by Zam Plante. All three of the Game’s 3 Stars are members of the Force, 1st Star Anton Castro, 2nd Star Mac Swanson and 3rd Star Zam Plante. The Force are now 11-0-1 on the season and lead the Western Conference with 23 points. The Force resume play Friday at Scheels Arena when they host the Sioux City Musketeers, puck drop scheduled for 7:05 PM.

 The Force announced prior to the weekend’s games the acquisition of Mason Kesselring, who is the younger brother of former Force player Michael Kesselring.
