(St. Paul, MN) -- The Wild are looking for a new assistant general manager.
The team announced yesterday that it has mutually parted ways with former assistant GM Chris O'Hearn. O'Hearn has been second-in-command of roster building since he joined general manager Bill Guerin in Minnesota in 2019. According to the Athletic, O'Hearn was the team's top contract negotiator.
In other team news, the Wild placed Jonas Brodin on the long-term injured reserve yesterday.
