Wolves overcome 17-point second quarter deficit to defeat Heat

(Miami, FL) -- The Timberwolves overcame a 17-point second-quarter deficit to earn a thrilling 112-108 win over the Miami Heat at Kaseya Center.

The Wolves trailed 63-46 with under two minutes left to go in the first half before holding Miami to 42 points in the second half. The game was tied at 97 with three-and-a-half minutes left in regulation when Anthony Edwards put Minnesota up for good with a monster dunk. Minnesota scored on the rest of its possessions to keep Miami at an arm's length the rest of the way. Edwards poured in 32 points in the victory, while Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 18.

Minnesota is tied with Boston for the best record in the NBA at 20-5. The Wolves visit the 76ers tomorrow night.
