(Los Angeles, CA) -- The NASCAR Cup Series makes its return this weekend.
The green flag waves for the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum in Los Angeles on Sunday night. Ryan Blaney hopes to defend his championship after winning his first career cup-level title last season at Phoenix Raceway. Blaney will sit behind the wheel of the No. 12 Menards Ford car with a yellow and black paint scheme.
The annual curtain raiser is followed by the classic Daytona 500 on February 18th. The field will have a week off before the Duels at Daytona begin on the 15th.
