NDSU’s Bella Dean was named the Summit League Softball Peak Performer of the Week.
She hit safely in all seven games, including tallying a .571 batting average. Dean totaled 12 hits on the week that included two doubles and two home runs.
Dean and the rest of the Bison are slated make a trip to College Station, Texas this weekend for the Texas A&M Invitational. The Bison are slated to play Texas A&M and Kansas twice over three days, but will lead off the weekend with a match up against Southeastern Louisiana on Friday, February 23 at 2 p.m.
