Wild rally past Coyotes in third

(Tempe, AZ) -- The Minnesota Wild erupted for four goals in the third period during a 5-2 win over the Arizona Coyotes at Mullett Arena.

Kirill Kaprizov scored in the second period to give Minnesota an early 1-0 lead, but Clayton Keller and Michael Carcone scored within seven seconds of one another in the second minute of the third period to give Arizona a brief lead. Zach Bogosian lit the lamp 30 seconds later to tie the game, and Joel Eriksson Ek put the Wild up for good in the eighth minute of the frame. Brock Faber and Connor Dewar added empty-netters to seal the deal. The Wild are in sixth place in the Central Division with 66 points and a 30-27-6 record.

The Wild will visit Colorado on Friday evening.
