North Dakota tabbed a two seed in NCAA Tournament

(Grand Forks, ND) -- North Dakota was selected as a No. 2 seed in this weekend’s NCAA Regionals.

The Fighting Hawks will be playing in the Maryland Heights (Missouri) Regional and will square off with No. 3 seed Michigan. North Dakota is 3-2 all-time against the Wolverines in the National Tournament. Overall the two universities have played 92 times with Michigan the advantage with a 46-41-4 record. Additionally, this is UND's 35th trip to the NCAA Tournament, which ranks fifth all-time.

North Dakota will take on Michigan on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
