RedHawks implode in ninth inning of loss to Cougars

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks gave up four runs in the 9th inning, falling to the Kane County Cougars 7-3.

Kelvin Pilot tossed six innings, giving up one unearned run in a no decision. Alex DuBord gave up four unearned runs in the ninth inning and was tagged with the loss. Evan Alexander drove in two runs while Marcus Chiu picked up an RBI.

The RedHawks will now welcome the Kansas City Monarchs to Newman Outdoor Field for a four game weekend series beginning with a doubleheader on Friday night. First pitch for Game One is set for 6 p.m. with Game Two following the conclusion on Game One.
