Twins swept by Orioles; marks the end of a disappointing 2024 season

The Minnesota Twins disappointing 2024 season came to an end on Sunday afternoon as they were swept by the Baltimore Orioles 6-2.

The Twins led 2-0 after the fourth inning, before giving up the game’s final six runs. Bailey Ober was tagged with the loss after giving up three runs over five innings of work.

Carlos Santana hit his 23rd home run of the season while Dashawn Keirsey Jr. hit his first home run.

The Twins ended the season with a record of 82-80. Minnesota lost nine of the last 11 games to fall out of the playoff race.
