The Minnesota Vikings shutout the Washington Commanders 31-0 on Sunday afternoon.
J.J. McCarthy completed 16-of-23 passes for 163 yards and three touchdowns. Josh Oliver caught two passes for 24 yards and two touchdowns. T.J. Hockenson added two receptions for 11 yards and one touchdown.

Aaron Jones led the rushing game with 14 carries for 76 yards. Jordan Mason added 11 rushes for 52 yards and one touchdown.
The Vikings forced three turnovers with Harrison Smith and Andrew Van Ginkel each intercepting a pass while Javon Hargrave recovered a fumble. Blake Cashman led the Minnesota defense with 10 tackles. Jalen Redmond and Eric Wilson added six tackles apiece.

The Vikings will now head to Dallas to battle the Cowboys on Sunday, December 14. The game will be on NBC for Sunday Night Football with kickoff scheduled for 7:20 p.m.
