String Of DAPL Protest Court Cases Still Moving Through System

(Morton County, ND)  --  Prosecutors say court cases related to protests over the Dakota Access Pipeline are continuing to work through the system.

Hundreds of people were arrested in 2016 after setting up camps along the proposed pipeline route.  Charges range from criminal trespass and inciting a riot to more serious charges.

Over 700 cases were filed in Morton County, and offers are being sent to defendants to settle cases.
