OTTER TAIL COUNTY, MN – One person died in a crash in Otter Tail County Wednesday night. It happened near Pelican Lake just before 9 p.m.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says the lone occupant, an adult, died at the scene. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. The victim’s name has not been released.
