WEST FARGO, N.D. – Two people are arrested after a vehicle chase in West Fargo.
Officers tried to stop a vehicle in the 200 block of 5th Street East around 11:15 Thursday night. It fled toward a parking lot in the 400 block of 7th Avenue East where a traffic stop happened.
Forty-eight-year-old David Berg of West Fargo, the driver, was arrested on suspicion of felony fleeing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Thirty-year-old Jaymie Jensen, a passenger with no permanent address, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use an imitation controlled substance.
The vehicle was seized and police say no one was hurt.
